All Athletes must complete forms as required by APS Athletics for participation in Athletics. All forms to be filled out are located on the VVHS Main Athletic Page. All Athletes Parents must set up a Dragonfly Account and enter your child's info. All Athletes must have a current physical on file with the Athletic Trainer dated after 4/1/23. Please refer to the MAIN ATHLETIC web page for Athlete Info Requirements.
